Today we began spraying out areas that will be seeded with Fescue/Native Grasses. These areas were carefully marked in strategic locations. The conversion of these areas is part of the Master Plan developed by Fazio Design. Typically Fescue grasses struggle to become established the first season but tend to thrive after the first year. These areas will remain roped off due to the Herbicide that was sprayed to kill the unwanted grasses.
